🛠 Robot horse unveiled in Beijing

DaxAI Robotics brought the four-legged Qiji X1 with a saddle and handlebars to the World Robot Conference: mass and payload of 300 kg each, speed of 7–10 km/h, range of 40 km, up to 10 hours of operation. The DaxBrain-WM model adjusts its gait to slopes and mud. Price — around $43k, pre-order — on JD.com.

🌍 "Robot horses" have remained concepts (Kawasaki Corleo) or limited series (DEEP Robotics). In China, a commercial segment of heavy walking platforms with a price and sales channel has formed. The figures are from DaxAI, there are no independent measurements.

👤 For $43k, you can order a vehicle for off-road: 300 kg of cargo and 40 km of range cover a trip for two in the forest, and the Qiji XS with 40 km/h and 60 km of range is closer to an ATV.
