Startup Keenable (keenable.ai) emerged from stealth with a $26M seed round led by Accel, with angels from Google, xAI, NVIDIA, Amazon, Hugging Face. The founders are from ex-Yandex (search and ads) and ex-Amazon AGI.

🌍 Product: an index of 100+ billion documents for AI agents, latency under 250 ms (p95, US East), MCP endpoint, from $1 per 1,000 requests. It enters the niche after the winding down of Google Custom Search and Bing Search API, competitors are Exa and Brave Search API, the only one with on-prem deployment. The SOTA claim is based on its own benchmark NEEDLE.
