🎨 Kling 4.0 to launch in October, Flash already available
Kuaishou announced on September 28 that Kling 4.0 will fully launch in October, while Kling 4.0 Flash is open to Ultra Yearly subscribers. The new version generates videos up to 30 seconds in a single pass (Kling 3.0 — 3–15 seconds), supports 4K and 1080p in 10-bit HDR, stereo sound, and precise lip sync.
🌍 Kling is the main competitor to OpenAI Sora and Google Veo. Up to 30 seconds in a single pass and up to 10 keyframes allow assembling entire scenes in one generation. However, the API currently only has 3.0 models — no prices or identifiers for 4.0 yet.
👤 Ultra Yearly subscribers can try Flash. Uploading other people's images to Omni Reference carries the risk of rights claims — filtering is not disclosed, and the claimed quality is still without independent benchmarks.
