🎬 “Deviant” — an 84-minute sci-fi thriller made entirely with AI

Web developer John Polacek generated the entire visual track from his own script: a clone of an aging tech magnate finds an exploit in his security code and takes control of the company. Made with Midjourney, Nano Banana, Google Veo and Seedance 2.5 (Higgsfield), iMovie and ElevenLabs.

🌍 Among the first feature-length (84-minute) films created from prompts to video models without a film crew. The transition from Veo to Seedance 2.5 is visible on screen, and the author names the limitations: acting, character consistency, scenes with multiple people.

👤 The film can be watched for free on YouTube, and the script is published as a PDF under the MIT license. The open list of tools allows you to verify and replicate the pipeline from script to finished film.
