🛠 Yandex launches Alisa AI for business

On September 8, 2026, Yandex introduced Alisa AI for business — an AI assistant that can be assigned complex work tasks. In “Tasks” mode, it operates using agentic scenarios: it breaks down tasks into steps and executes chains of actions on its own.

🌍 The assistant connects to Yandex 360 services (Mail, Disk, Calendar, Tracker, Wiki), and via plugins — to Bitrix24, SPARK, amoCRM, and 1C. This is Yandex's entry into enterprise automation for more than 185,000 organizations.

👤 Available to all Yandex 360 clients; new users get 3 months free. It works on alice.yandex.ru, in the Alisa AI app, and in the Yandex Mail widget. The assistant learns from the company's knowledge base, access rights are managed by administrators, and personal and work spaces are separated.
