Three updates from August 12–13. Harness v0.1 is an open-source framework for agents, with a "everything is a plugin" architecture based on Cordis, and 27.9k stars on GitHub. V4 Pro has exited preview: 1.6 trillion parameters (49 billion active), 1 million token context, SWE-bench Verified 80.6%, GPQA Diamond 90.1%. Starting August 16, peak/off-peak pricing applies: V4 Pro output will rise to $3.96/million at peak.

🌍 The first attempt by a major company to offer an open agent framework. The price increase is a signal of the end of API market dumping.
