🏃 Unitree AS2-W: A New Level of Mobility
Unitree has introduced the AS2-W (Super Athlete), a hybrid wheel-legged robot. Weighing 25 kg, the device can reach peak speeds of up to 30 km/h and overcome obstacles up to 80 cm. The robot is equipped with powerful AI modules (up to 150 TOPS) and LiDAR sensors.
🌍 The hybrid architecture combines speed and mobility, which is crucial for autonomous delivery and inspections. AI support makes the platform ready for the implementation of Embodied AI.
👤 This represents a transition toward practical robots designed to work on rugged terrain (mountains, stairs) for several hours.
