On September 25, 2026, Anthropic opened a plugin submission portal to the Claude catalog for developers on paid plans. A plugin is a package of MCP connectors, Agent Skills, or both: a remote MCP server or a plugin bundle on GitHub is published. The portal automatically checks the plugin, displays review status, and install analytics.

🌍 The first self-serve distribution channel in Claude: the catalog gains marketplace mechanics with review and analytics, and the showcase already has 2,000+ plugins — Atlassian, Google, Microsoft, Notion, Salesforce.
