ComfyUI v0.36.0 officially supports YuE2 music model

The stable release of ComfyUI v0.36.0 on September 15 officially added support for the open-source music model YuE2-3B — nodes with section tags [Intro]/[Chorus], ABC notation control, increased maximum song length, and AMD fixes, while an ecosystem of LoRAs, node packs, and local applications formed around the model within a week.

🎵 ComfyUI v0.36.0 supports YuE2 music model

The stable release (September 15) introduced generation nodes with section tags [Intro]/[Chorus], ABC notation control, and AMD fixes. The Comfy-Org/YuE2 weights on Hugging Face have already been downloaded more than 133,000 times.

🌍 The open-source YuE2-3B generates full songs with vocals, and it made it into mainline just six days after the weights were released. In parallel, an ecosystem grew around the model: instrumental LoRAs, six FS_Audio Suite nodes, a cover pipeline via SheetSage2, and local applications.

👤 With ComfyUI, you can now set up the yue2_3b_bf16.safetensors checkpoint and generate songs locally, without cloud keys. For a "set it up and listen" experience, there are Yue2-Radio and Yue2_Studio for Windows. The link to ComfyUI-YuE2-Voices currently does not open (404).
