🎨 FLUX.2: Same Character from 1–2 Photos

Inline Studio released v1.2.71 with a Characters feature for FLUX.2: 1–2 photos create a portable .char file (a few MB) with an identity fingerprint that can be copied between projects. No LoRA, adapters, or img2img needed—references go through FLUX.2's native multi-reference channel.

🌍 The training-free approach to character consistency bypasses LoRA, PuLID/FaceID, and img2img anchoring. A portable character card and continuity score (0–100) turn appearance "drift" into a number; the format could become a standard for AI film pipelines on FLUX.2.

👤 For those shooting AI video on FLUX.2: drag 1–2 photos into the panel, select the character in the dropdown on the FLUX.2 node—and get the same person in new scenes. Limits: one person per frame; 5 references at 1024 px give ~6x tokens per step.
