Isomorphic Labs (a Google DeepMind spin-off) has introduced IsoDDE. Unlike AlphaFold 3, the system focuses on the dynamic interaction between proteins and ligands, allowing for the modeling of cryptic binding sites. In Runs N' Poses tests, IsoDDE achieved a score of 50% compared to 23% for AlphaFold 3.
