🤖 NVIDIA introduces Cosmos 3 Edge for robot control

NVIDIA has released the compact Cosmos 3 Edge world model with 4 billion parameters, optimized for operation on edge devices. Thanks to its Mixture-of-Transformers architecture, it combines reasoning and diffusion generation, running on Jetson Thor at approximately 15 Hz.

🌍 The transition to edge models allows for a real-time control loop to be implemented directly on the robot, which is critical for autonomous humanoids and manipulators.

👤 This is a step toward creating autonomous home and industrial robots that react instantaneously to environmental changes without cloud latency.
