It enables web search, data extraction, and research without the use of paid cloud APIs and keys. The system utilizes a Tiered Fetching approach: ranging from simple HTTP to headless browsers for complex SPAs.
🌍 wigolo offers an alternative to proprietary solutions like Firecrawl or Tavily, reducing agent dependency on cloud providers and increasing privacy through local processing.
👤 You can now run research functions for Claude Code, Cursor, or VS Code for free and confidentially, using a local cache and Ollama.
