🚀 A 100-million-word context window is already possible

Anthropic CEO Dario Amodei stated that AI models are already architecturally capable of processing context volumes of up to 100 million words. This allows AI to "learn" directly during operation (in-context learning) without changing the model's weights. The main obstacle to implementation currently is high cost and low inference speed.

🌍 The shift toward using massive context changes the paradigm: R&D focus is shifting from architectural innovations to inference optimization and reducing computational costs when working with long sequences.

👤 Neural networks will be able to instantly analyze entire libraries of documents, multi-year archives of financial reports, or massive codebases without losing the thread of reasoning.
