Mistral AI has rebranded its Le Chat chatbot, introducing the Vibe platform. The service is now divided into three modes: Vibe Work (an autonomous agent with integration into Google Workspace, Slack, and GitHub), Vibe Code (a developer environment with support for VS Code and CLI), and Vibe Chat (the classic interface).
🌍 Mistral is moving toward direct competition with OpenAI and Anthropic, offering more than just a chat interface by providing integrated agents capable of executing multi-step tasks within workflow tools and autonomous code writing.
👤 Instead of a simple chatbot, users receive a full-fledged AI assistant capable of working with documents and emails, as well as assisting in development through extensions.
