According to a new report from SiteSpeakAI, more than 97% of modern websites are virtually unequipped to work with AI agents. Despite high optimization for mobile devices, most resources do not provide the necessary tools for automating actions such as booking or making purchases.

The study showed that 97.4% of websites do not support the tools required for AI agents to function, including WebMCP or navigator.modelContext. Current models are effective at reading marketing content but demonstrate low accuracy when attempting to answer commercial questions: the accuracy rate for pricing queries is only 43 out of 100, and for return policies, it is 33 out of 100.
